This notice is specific to the Digital Concierge. It is designed to make it transparent and easy to understand how the Digital Concierge works and what data is stored when you visit the Digital Concierge website (digitalconcierge.identityglobal.com) and use the App. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice and Terms and Conditions.
To find out more about Identity Events Management Ltd as a company, including the cookies used across our main website, see the Identity Events Management Ltd Cookie Policy on our main website.
Cookies are small text files saved to your device when you visit a website. When you return, the website reads them to recognise your device and remember how you used the site before. Some cookies are essential for a website to work; others, such as analytics cookies, are optional and are only set with your consent.
We use the following cookies on the Digital Concierge website.
| Name | Purpose | Who sets it | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics 4: distinguishes visitors to measure how the website is used | Identity (service provided by Google) | Analytics, persistent | 399 days |
| _ga_C8NQHBXHBS | Google Analytics 4: maintains session state for the same measurement | Identity (service provided by Google) | Analytics, persistent | 399 days |
| cookieyes-consent | Remembers the cookie choices you made in our consent banner | Identity (service provided by CookieYes) | Strictly necessary, persistent | 12 months |
The two Google Analytics cookies do not directly identify you by name. They assign your browser a random identifier so repeat visits can be counted. The information they collect is sent to Google. Where this involves a transfer to the United States, it is covered by the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (the UK-US data bridge), under which Google holds an active certification.
The consent cookie exists only to record your choices; it does not track you.
We do not use advertising or social media cookies.
Analytics cookies are optional and are off by default. When you first visit the site, our consent banner (provided by CookieYes) asks whether to allow them. No analytics cookies are set unless you choose to accept, and refusing them does not affect your use of the website.
You can change your mind at any time by reopening the banner through the cookie settings link on this site.
You can also delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, including after your browsing session has ended. Guidance for common browsers is available at ico.org.uk.
The Digital Concierge is intended for people aged 15 years and 9 months or older. Because some of our users are under 18, we follow the ICO Children's Code: optional cookies are off unless you switch them on, and this notice is written to be understood by our youngest users.
