When you scan our Digital Concierge app, it launches WhatsApp. Data goes from your phone through WhatsApp, to our Content Managment system. We then share this with the event partner - the Ministry of Defense. You can read their privacy notice here: MOD privacy notice - GOV.UK
We process your phone number, WhatsApp alias, and inputs in the Digital Concierge App, such as surveys, age range and interests. As data is processed via WhatsApp, your messages are subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy. WhatsApp's privacy information can be found here: Privacy Policy
